Multi-bay residential system over sunken outdoor seating area

The Challenge

This had to be built into a waterfall structure that was next to a sunken seating area. The pergola covered this space. It created an amazing area. The sunken patio and wall made installation challenging to work around this unique obstacles.

Our Solution

We designed and engineered a custom multi-bay motorized louvered pergola system that integrated seamlessly with the existing waterfall structure and sunken seating area. Our team developed specialized mounting solutions to secure the pergola to the stone walls while maintaining the structural integrity of the water feature. We coordinated the electrical routing to power the motorized louvers while protecting the waterfall's plumbing systems.
