Multi-bay residential system designed for entertaining

The Challenge

This was a part of a larger landscape project and had integrated electrical and drainage so required lots of planning to make sure everything went together correctly.

Our Solution

We coordinated closely with the landscape contractor to seamlessly integrate a multi-bay motorized louvered pergola system into the ongoing project. Our team designed a custom electrical plan that tied into the home's existing infrastructure while concealing all wiring within the structure. We engineered a drainage system that worked with the landscape grading, ensuring water flows properly away from the pergola and surrounding patio area. The multi-bay design creates distinct zones for dining and lounging while maintaining a cohesive aesthetic with the home's architecture.
